Belle Films is an audiovisual production company founded in 2013 by attorney and producer, Annabelle Mullen. With offices in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Spain it is dedicated to the artisanal development and production of audiovisual content, either through fiction or documentary films. Recently, the company has begun to develop series for Spanish audiences. The company also offers production services in the three countries, as well as consulting services on film incentives and executive production services.

Annabelle Mullen
Executive Producer, CEO
A lawyer by profession and a producer by vocation, CEO of Belle Films, Ms. Annabelle Mullen Pacheco (Puerto Rico, 1981) attended college at Georgetown University (SFS 2003). She studied Law at the University of Puerto Rico (2006) and completed her MBA at the University of Miami (2011). Recently, she graduated from Universidad da Coruña’s MPXA, Masters in Executive Production for Film and Television. Since 2009 when she fell in love with the film industry, she has produced fiction and documentary films for theatrical distribution. In 2013, she was admitted to the Directors’ Guild of America as Unit Production Manager. She is a consultant for the entertainment industry.
